Cancellation Policy

Reliance Care Transport – Booking Policy Booking Requirements All trips must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day bookings may be accommodated based on driver availability and will incur a $10 rush fee. Service Options Pick-Up Only: $25 + $1.20 per mile beyond base mileage. Drop-Off Only: $25 + $1.20 per mile beyond base mileage. Round Trip: $40 + $1.20 per mile for the entire trip. Wait Time: First 15 minutes included; $10 per additional 15 minutes. Rural/Outlying Area Surcharge: 10–20% for extended travel beyond standard service zones. Mileage & Fees Flat fee covers driver dispatch, service setup, and up to 10 miles from base location. Mileage charges apply beyond the 10-mile base. Additional stops will be charged at $5 each plus applicable mileage. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made more than 12 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup will be charged $25.00. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. Special Accommodations Wheelchair and ambulatory transport available upon request. Companion-assisted transportation available for seniors or passengers requiring extra help. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, or approved billing accounts. Other Notes For recurring medical trips (e.g., dialysis or therapy), package pricing is available. Clients are encouraged to be ready at the scheduled pickup time to avoid wait fees.
